Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 package mini chocolate cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Place mini chocolate cups on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the cookie dough into each chocolate cup.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes but do not overbake.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be refrigerated for up to one week.
- Add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
