Delicious edible cookie dough cups filled with chocolate and ready to enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 package mini chocolate cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Place mini chocolate cups on a baking sheet.
  6. Spoon the cookie dough into each chocolate cup.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes but do not overbake.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.
