Ingredients

  • 2 packs of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 box of chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups of milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix with milk. Whisk until thickened.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add half of the whipped cream mixture on top of the pudding.
  7. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
  8. Top with more whipped cream if desired.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
