Description
A simple and quick wonton soup recipe that you can make at home.
Ingredients

			- 1 package of wonton wrappers
 - 1 pound ground pork
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
 - 4 cups chicken broth
 - 1 cup water
 - 2 cups bok choy, chopped
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
 - Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold to seal.
 - In a pot, heat chicken broth and water until boiling.
 - Add wontons to the boiling broth and cook for 5-7 minutes.
 - Add bok choy and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
 - Serve hot and enjoy.
 
Notes
- You can use shrimp or chicken instead of pork.
 - Add other vegetables as desired.
 - For extra flavor, add ginger or garlic to the filling.
