Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir until combined.
  5. Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Top with frozen tater tots in an even layer.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
