- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir until combined.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with frozen tater tots in an even layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken.
- Use any cheese you prefer.
