Description

Easy Tuscan garlic chicken bites with sun-dried tomato Cajun Alfredo pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted.
  7. Mix in cooked pasta, combine well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
