Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted.
- Mix in cooked pasta, combine well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
