Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Add milk and pumpkin puree, and stir until combined.
  7. Fill cupcake liners with batter, about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before frosting.
