- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the diced chicken in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
