Description
A simple recipe for teriyaki chicken served with fried rice.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add teriyaki sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In another pan, stir-fry mixed vegetables.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce to vegetables, mixing well.
- Serve chicken over fried rice, garnished with green onions.

- Adjust sauce quantity to taste.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Leftover chicken can be used in salads or sandwiches.
