- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, onion, celery, sage, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
