A simple and delicious taco soup recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is soft.
- Stir in taco seasoning.
- Add black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Top with cheese, sour cream, or avocado if desired.
- Can be made in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low.
