A simple and delicious taco lasagna recipe.
Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 cups refried beans
- 3 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of refried beans.
- Place three lasagna noodles over the beans.
- Add half of the beef mixture over the noodles.
- Spread half of the sour cream and half of the cheese over the beef.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with the last three noodles and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
- Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
