A simple and delicious taco lasagna recipe.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 3 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of refried beans.
  5. Place three lasagna noodles over the beans.
  6. Add half of the beef mixture over the noodles.
  7. Spread half of the sour cream and half of the cheese over the beef.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  9. Top with the last three noodles and remaining cheese.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

  • Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
  • Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
