A simple and delicious taco casserole topped with Fritos.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 3 cups Fritos

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef.
  3. Add black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa to the skillet. Mix well.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Top with half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Add Fritos on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the Fritos.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
