- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and marshmallows are golden.
