Description
A refreshing treat made with strawberries and mangoes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled
- 2 cups mango, diced
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Instructions
- Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth.
- Puree mango in a separate blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix coconut water and honey.
- Layer strawberry puree and mango puree in popsicle molds.
- Pour coconut water mixture over the fruit purees.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from molds and enjoy.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen fruit.
- Adjust sweetness to your taste.
- Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
