A refreshing treat made with strawberries and mangoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. Puree mango in a separate blender until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix coconut water and honey.
  4. Layer strawberry puree and mango puree in popsicle molds.
  5. Pour coconut water mixture over the fruit purees.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  7. Remove from molds and enjoy.
