Description

  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts, and raisins.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and slice into pieces.
  6. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly and serve warm.
