Description
A simple recipe for sticky beef served with rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, sliced
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add broccoli and cook until tender.
- Serve beef over rice and garnish with green onions.

- Adjust sugar for desired sweetness.
- Use any vegetables you like.
