Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
  7. Serve beef over rice and garnish with green onions.
