A creamy and flavorful spinach artichoke dip that’s easy to prepare.

- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add the spinach, artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
Notes
- Feel free to add more cheese for a richer flavor.
- Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
