Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  3. Add the spinach, artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
