A simple and delicious skillet blackberry cobbler.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and vanilla to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into the skillet over the melted butter.
- Evenly distribute the blackberries on top of the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Can substitute blackberries with other berries.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
