  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook shrimp until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  5. In each tortilla, layer rice, beans, corn, shrimp, cheese, and salsa.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up.
