- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or pan over medium heat.
- Rub the salmon with olive oil, cumin, paprika, and salt.
- Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds on each side.
- Flake the salmon and place it on the tortillas.
- Add shredded cabbage and avocado slices on top.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
