A simple and delicious dip made with cheese and Rotel tomatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes (10 oz)
- 1 lb of Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb of cooked ground beef (optional)
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a pan, cook the ground beef and onions until browned.
- Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes.
- Add the cheese and Rotel tomatoes to the pan.
- Stir until the cheese melts and is well combined.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, use the hot version of Rotel tomatoes.
- Can be made in a slow cooker for easy serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
