Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares or circles.
- Mix fresh fruit with sugar and vanilla extract.
- Place a spoonful of the fruit mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
