These easy Philly cheesesteak sliders are a delicious twist on the classic sandwich.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sliced beef
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 8 slider rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the beef mixture over the rolls.
- Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the beef.
- Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
Notes
- Feel free to add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Serve with ketchup or hot sauce if desired.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked before serving.
