These easy Philly cheesesteak sliders are a delicious twist on the classic sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced beef
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 8 slider rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  4. Add sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  5. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Layer the beef mixture over the rolls.
  7. Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the beef.
  8. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
