- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, add olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Place chicken thighs on top of the onion and garlic.
- Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add rice around the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth over the rice and chicken.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
- Use bone-in chicken for more flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
