Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, add olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Place chicken thighs on top of the onion and garlic.
  4. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add rice around the chicken.
  6. Pour chicken broth over the rice and chicken.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
