Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Cook on medium heat until it reaches 240°F.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Slowly add the hot sugar mixture to the egg whites while mixing.
- Add vanilla extract and keep mixing until well combined.
- Fold in mixed nuts and dried fruit.
- Spread the mixture in a greased pan and let it cool.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy.
