Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and add taco seasoning.
  4. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Add a layer of cooked noodles on top.
  6. Layer the beef mixture, corn, tomatoes, and salsa.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up.
  9. Finish with a layer of cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes.
