A simple and delicious Mexican-inspired taco lasagna.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and add taco seasoning.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add a layer of cooked noodles on top.
- Layer the beef mixture, corn, tomatoes, and salsa.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up.
- Finish with a layer of cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
- Customize with your favorite toppings.
