Ingredients

- 2 cups of rice
- 4 cups of water
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add rice and a pinch of salt.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and garlic powder.
- Combine cooked rice with the vegetable mixture.
- Serve hot.

- Use any vegetables you have on hand.
- For extra protein, add cooked chicken or tofu.
