Ingredients

- 8 ounces of cheese (cubed)
- 4 ounces of salami (sliced)
- 1 cup of pickles (sliced)
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add cubed cheese, salami, and pickles to the bowl.
- Toss everything until well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled with toothpicks.
