  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.

  7. Stir in ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with remaining mozzarella and fresh basil.
