Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, yogurt, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 balls.
  6. Roll out each ball into a flat circle.
  7. Cook on a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  8. Brush with butter if desired.
