Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, yogurt, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 6 balls.
- Roll out each ball into a flat circle.
- Cook on a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Brush with butter if desired.
Notes
- Use warm water for better yeast activation.
- Adjust flour for desired dough consistency.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
