Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add yogurt and olive oil, mix until combined.
- Gradually add warm water, knead until dough is smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into a flat circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with your favorite curry.
- You can brush with butter after cooking.
