Ingredients

  • 5 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the dandelion petals thoroughly.
  2. Bring water to a boil and add dandelion petals.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes, then strain the mixture.
  4. Add lemon juice and fruit pectin to the liquid.
  5. Bring to a boil again.
  6. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  7. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  8. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
