Description
This is an easy recipe to make homemade dandelion jelly using fresh dandelion flowers.

- 2 cups fresh dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 box (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Wash the dandelion petals thoroughly.
- Bring water to a boil and add dandelion petals.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, then strain the mixture.
- Add lemon juice and fruit pectin to the liquid.
- Bring to a boil again.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Notes
- Use only the petals, avoiding green parts.
- Ensure jars are properly sterilized.
- Store in a cool, dark place.
