- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and add garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Add water and marinara sauce to the skillet.
- Stir in elbow macaroni.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 12-15 minutes until macaroni is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
