A simple and delicious cheesecake made with Greek yogurt and lime.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with lime slices for garnish.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
