Description

A simple and delicious cheesecake made with Greek yogurt and lime.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
