Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Spread fruit preserves or cream cheese on each slice.
- Roll each slice tightly.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla together.

- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each roll until golden brown on all sides.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
