- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and garlic.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add rice, beef broth, and French onion soup to the skillet.
- Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the rice is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
