Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
  3. Pour the melted sugar into a round baking dish, tilting to coat the bottom.
  4. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.
  6. Place the baking dish in a larger baking pan filled with hot water.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
