Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese, green onions, and bell peppers.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
