A simple and delicious dessert perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the cocoa mixture into the whipped cream.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Layer graham cracker crumbs in a serving dish.
- Add a layer of the chocolate cream mixture.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free graham crackers for a gluten-free option.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
