- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.

- Use a thermometer to check chicken is cooked through.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
