Instructions

  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  8. Let cool completely.
  9. In a bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  10. Slice the cooled puffs and fill with whipped cream.
