- 12 large mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set the caps aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed mushroom.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
