A delicious and simple cold pasta salad perfect for picnics.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and olives.
- Add the Italian dressing and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Can be made a day in advance.
