Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine pineapple, coconut, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients.
  5. Mix until just combined.
