  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté celery and onion until soft.
  3. Mix sautéed vegetables with stuffing mix, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  4. Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth over it.
  6. Roast the turkey for 3 to 3.5 hours, basting occasionally.
  7. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
