- 2 cups crushed gingerbread cookies
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
- Layer crushed gingerbread cookies at the bottom of serving cups.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and cranberries over the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until cups are filled.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
