Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of gingerbread cookies
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Layer gingerbread cookies in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint and chocolate chips on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use homemade or store-bought gingerbread cookies.
- Feel free to add fruits for extra flavor.
