Ingredients

- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 cup of crushed peppermint
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cream, and butter.
- Cook over medium heat until it reaches a soft ball stage (about 240°F).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Once cooled, top with chocolate chips and crushed peppermint.
- Let it set before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute chocolate chips with white chocolate.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
