Delicious and easy chocolate rum truffles for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add dark chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
- Stir in the dark rum and vanilla extract.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat.
- Chill for another hour before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can substitute rum with a different liqueur if desired.
