- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté onions and mushrooms until tender.
- Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Mix in cooked spaghetti and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
